..A Brief Introduction..
The purpose of this blog is to make available to all who have an interest in it a great deal of information associated with having been tortured per 3+ hours of raw agony intentionally inflicted by jail deputies, nurses, and leadership, by being placed in a restraint chair as unnecessary, wrongful, and criminal punishment and control, on June 9, 2006, (see definitions under ‘Categories’) while briefly (1 day, 2 hrs, 49 min) incarcerated following a wrongful arrest (charges have been summarily dismissed) in a hospital E.R. (of all places) while in a state of severe mental illness decompensation that was created by the stress of hospital locked mental health unit staff refusing to let me talk to a supervisor or her supervisor (respectfully requested) to try to work out the problems associated with the hospital not having completed the pre-discharge arrangements agreed to by all parties, including my wife, for safe discharge and follow-up care before discharge .
What you see, read, and hear here…happened…
In addition to jail audio there are many conversations…which I both regrettably and fortunately recorded…with many government officials and other leaders associated with the aftermath of that day…a day and many days since which are most noteworthy for the utter lack of holding the people who tortured another human being accountable for doing so.
These recordings have been edited for space and time and pertinence to make it easier for any conversation/file to be listened to without being burdened by immaterial activity, discussions, etc.
Anyone having a legitimate appropriate interest in having any file provided in the blog in full is welcome to request it. Unless there is some reasonable reason on my part not to send it…I’ll send it…I don’t think I have anything to hide…other then the stigma of severe mental illness, arrest, and incarceration…which…while great…pale in comparison to acts of torture and corollary acts to avoid holding all those responsible for such acts reasonably and legitimately accountable…
I do believe…and believe that you will believe…that others do have much to hide…and that they are doing so with a vengeance…they don’t want to see this in the criminal court where it belongs..as you will see…I’m against that…not only for me…but for so many others who have been or will find themselves on too similar a path…maybe this will help others fight their battles…maybe this will help prevent a few wrongful treatments of inmates or others so that the battles won’t be necessary…I can only do what I can do…
I am keeping names of people and places out of it at this time. I don’t know what is appropriate under the circumstances…so I’m being conservative…maybe too much so… [This was true until mid-Jan’08…at that point I decided to provide names…]
The important point to keep in mind is that what happened in this county jail in this city in this state in this country could have happened anywhere in the U.S…is likely to be happening in a United States jail at this very moment…restraint chairs are quite frequently used as weapons of torture and this is but one painfully clear example…the surrounding ‘machinery’ in many places moves to protect law enforcement/jail personnel who abuse arrestees & inmates rather than hold them accountable ‘just like’ has been done here…it needs to be vetted out…you can help that along by spreading the word… Restraint chairs need to be banned from use by jail personnel…including the nurses who are too often the puppets of jail leadership who know that if they buck the system they will be turned out (I’ve been told this by multiple nurses who are “in the know”)…too many people with too much power abuse their intended use and become torturers with a powerful…painful…weapon…the sadism in this case included laughing and mocking me and the pain I was in many times throughout the whole ordeal…and then they refused to let me file a report…my attempt to do so was logged by jail staff as “…making unreasonable demands which could not be accommodated…” and later with a new shift of personnel as reason to lock me back up for several hours until I would “cooperate”.
I sometimes wonder if jail personnel asked you to drink gasoline and you refused…if you would be told you were being “uncooperative” and that the log and incident reports would so reflect your “uncooperative behavior” and so provide the justification for “the need” for extreme measures having to be taken due to your “uncooperative behavior”…it’s a disgusting “hide the context” slight of hand used routinely by jail personnel…you don’t have to trust me on this…you can see, read, and hear it for yourself…
