FBI Agent ‘Chihuahua’ Threatens ‘Arrest’…lol…
Thursday, 11/1/07…FBI Agent ‘Chihuahua’ didn’t literally threaten arrest per se…he ‘just’ threatened to call the police… but wouldn’t that presumably be for Chihuahua to have the police arrest me for…I really don’t know…something…I don’t know what they would have made up under the circumstances…but I’m not imagining it was to have a nice ’sit down’ chat about the philosophy of refusing to follow the Constitution and associated laws when it comes to enforcing crimes against people on the ‘right’…err…’protected’ side of The THICK Blue Line…. like they ‘all’ do for the jail personnel who tortured me…
All this barking to “leave the building”…“take it to the next level and you don’t want to go there”…threat to involve the police…for what you may be wondering…for delivering a Freedom of Information Act request…!!…are we kidding…??…NOT!!
Well…that plus the temerity to refuse to obey Chihuahua’s unwarranted, unlawful, meatless, gutless command to leave the building…geez…it isn’t even the FBI’s building…they’re just tenants…renters…and I wasn’t even within their rented space…we were in a commons/building reception area…public skyway-like…not floor space in the control of the FBI…
Plus, delivering an FOIA request is a perfectly legitimate, bona fide, wholly not rarified, reason to be at the FBI Office anyway…I don’t think it would have been legitimate to order me out without taking the FOIA even if I was on their floor…delivering a FOIA request is simply “bona fide claim of right” to be there…
Which means…I wasn’t doing one single damn thing illegal…and Chihuahua’s order for me to leave was wholly unjustified…it may even be that his order and/or his threat to call the police was the only illegal ‘transaction’…is an unlawful order illegal…does anyone know…??…also…is there a special breed of Chihuahua called ‘punk Chihuahua’…??…
The only ones truly in the wrong here were Chihuahua and his two side kicks when they tried to refuse to accept my FOIA request…wrongfully ordered me to leave…and then threatened to call the police for my mild persistence in insisting they take it…
And get this…guess exactly what the 2nd in command at this little ole FBI Office had just suggested to me a few hours earlier that same day that I do…file an FOIA request…!!…is this precious or what…!!…and Assistant U.S. Attorney M_J_ said “I” was abusive…!!…what were these guys doing then…I’d suggest terrorizing…but then…I didn’t exactly shake in my boots…and yes…they did take the FOIA request…as they should have…but without all the b.s. fuss…!!…
Note: I wouldn’t have stooped to calling Chihuahua Chihuahua…but for some reason he and his sidekicks all refused to give me their names when they came down to the commons area of the building to greet me…who are these guys…??…was there a premeditated plan to intimidate…namelessly…makes one wonder don’t it…anyway…since he was the most ‘active’…and obnoxious…to my mind he earned a name befitting his demeanor and behavior…and…not to be forgotten…stature…;)
Parting shots: During what should have been the simple delivery of the FOIA, Chihuahua also claimed that I had been told to stay out of the building…didn’t happen folks…never happened…and when I mentioned having been lied to by a U.S. Attorney the best word I can think of to describe his response is that of a SNEER…U.S. Attorney lied…SNEER…not…this should be looked into…SNEER…not…are you sure…can you tell me exactly what happened here…was it a material lie…no…just a SNEER…I wonder if he’d do me that favor if I lied to him about something material in an investigation…
Final Note: thank goodness for my little ‘Always’ Be Wired mentality whenever dealing with any of these types…power has gone to their heads…they need to be reigned in…any good ideas out there to share with the world on how to do this appropriately…some ’short leash’ training maybe…??…we need help against what is becoming far too close to being a police state in this country…and I fear we need it fast…something has gone amiss in this country…what happened to freedom…when did law enforcement get the right to bully people who weren’t doing anything wrong in the first place… ):
