Key Comments from the first 53 minutes after being wrongfully placed in a restraint chair for purposes including punishment, without getting a required doctor’s order, without trying lesser means of restraint first, with restraints premeditatively, intentionally, and wrongfully over-tightened to create extreme pain…which they did for hours of hell…while no jail or nurse staff or leadership ever once checked the restraint while I cried, begged, moaned in pain, pleaded, begged for help, mercy…all to no avail…they got what they wanted…below is that story…and much, much more…with proof to back it up…

7:20 Guard to my statement of why I wanted evidence documented instead of it being my word against the City Police Officer’s word…I feared he’d lie.
“I’m not saying that cops aren’t liars. You know, we’re human too. “We’re not God.”
He refused to confirm the logic of wanting independent documentation.
“Look…I used to work in internal affairs. I did internal affairs investigations for four years.”
So then wouldn’t you prefer to have independent nurse documentation?
“…I’m not going to comment…I’m not going to debate it…I’m not going to get sucked into a situation I don’t want to get put into.” “Alright…well settle down…and we’ll get you out of there and get you going…”
[well, not until a few hours of torture actually, but maybe that’s being picky]
7:40 Nurse Wade/Miller glances in; she also appears to make a note on my ‘file’…so, it appears I’m still ‘hers’ in contradiction to statements in Nurse Robert’s letter of reprimand where it says he took charge at about 7:00 at shift change…hmmm…are we covering for one nurse vs another or creating ‘confusion’…
7:48 Nurse Robert walks the hall with nary a glance in my direction…interesting…if he was handed responsibility for me at 7p shift change…why not even a glance? …hmmm… [hey, don’t blame me for these inconsistencies; ain’t me what made’m up!]
SEE FRAME 3700…yup…it’s right there in the middle of what is purported to me to be linear, clean running video …(this is #1 of two…just saw it today…9/29/07)…think artifacts of jail footage evidence tampering!!

FYI: These required CMS checks are not “glance for a fractional of a second”…make sure he or she ain’t dead…or look dark bluish cyanotic purple. These CMS checks are required to be done in the cell…hands on…check wrists and ankles for circulation, redness, swelling, over-tightness, etc. 7:58 END
