SITE ‘ORGANIZATION’: The audio attached to the 1st post is just 2 minutes from the 1st hour of hell. The 2nd post is 4 minutes from the 3+ hours. These are to give anyone a very quick introductory view of the severity of agony I was put in. For some it will be all, or more than, they can stomach. I understand. It is painful to even listen to…much less to have lived it.
The next 4 Posts are critically pertinent audio showing the full range and depth of agony & hell in the cell: [8-9pm…9-10pm…10-11pm…11-11:18pm]
These audio segments provide one key basis for proving all that was done wrong throughout the entire day and since.
Listening to these critical audio segments is critical to understanding what led to and what was done to an innocent human-being, wrongfully discharged from a hospital while suffering mental illness, wrongfully jailed, and tortured under ‘color-of-law’ [see definitions under ‘Categories’] …amazingly, with nurse involvement to boot…
These audios also show clearly why so many are so motivated to do so little to hold those responsible accountable under the law…[torture…and lesser abuses…are criminal]…in honor of all those so motivated I hereby recommend modifying the commonly understood term to read. “The Thick Blue Line”.
The next few posts are ‘Introductory’…including why this is all written under the rubric of “Idiot’s Rebuttal”.
The rest is essentially chronological. One can select a ‘Category’ from the left column to focus on a particular area such as JailIAD or USDoJ, etc. One can also select A+ for posts/audio I see as important for virtually anyone…or !F! for !FLASH! posts/audio being highlighted for the time being…or any one of the date ranges such as 11/16-30 for material added during that timeframe…there is a lot of material to add from over the past year+…by making recently added material selectable one doesn’t have to go through the whole chronology to find/see/hear what is recently added…just check in on the site and read the new stuff if that works best…

? …the question mark is out of respect for those who have suffered worse fates such as in Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib [but not the ‘less painful’ stuff like: pouring cold water on naked detainees; threatening male detainees with rape; using military working dogs to frighten and intimidate detainees with threats of attack; leering G.I.s taunting naked Iraqi prisoners who are forced to assume humiliating poses; cluster of naked prisoners, again piled in a pyramid…although “Such dehumanization is unacceptable in any culture” *(http://www.newyorker.com/archive/2004/05/10/040510fa_fact) I would volunteer for any of these acts in less than a heartbeat vs the 3+ hours of painful hell], POW camps, rape, kidnapping, holocaust, etc…nonetheless…what they put me through was hell…it was as painful as it sounds…while the cries for help, the moaning in pain, etc., were not as continuous as the edited audio created to provide a full sense of the agony without forcing people to listen for the full 3+ hours…the pain itself was…it never ceased…it never let up…it simply got worse and worse as time went on…I called it torture while I was in it…it’s simply the word that spontaneously fit in the moment…it’s also the word my wife used when she first listened to just a few minutes of it…she had previously been concerned about the use of the term torture as being hard for people to believe and that maybe I shouldn’t use it…while listening she lost herself in the moment…her true in the moment reaction came out…“They tortured you”…
To see what your own reactions are simply scroll down a few posts…listen to several minutes of each each…listen to guards laughing and mocking too…it’s disgusting…it’s criminal…to really test your mettle…listen to the full range of hell in the cell portrayed in each of the four audios from 8:00-11:18pm…and then remember…it happened in a mere U.S. county jail…to a human-being innocent of any crime…to a human-being known by jail personnel…including nurses…to be suffering from severe mental illness…while they did their chosen deeds…
