DNA Frees CO Murder Convict… Prosecutor? “LessThanAFart”Attitude
Timothy Masters walked out of court…[after]… a decade… murder conviction wiped out by DNA evidence…another suspect…defense and…prosecutors…said crucial information was withheld [[nice]]…
Larimer County Attorney Larry Abrahamson…defended ‘the system’…“It is not, in any way, an indictment of the criminal justice system… It just means we have new evidence and we have to take a look at it.” [bold added] Apparently gov’t atty Larry thinks Mr Masters is also “less than a fart pal”…Mr Masters suffered a decade in prison and Larry blows that off like a mild summer breeze…10 years!…and it didn’t mean a damn thing to the prosecutor…I know the feeling…torture doesn’t mean a damn thing to prosecutors, investigators, police, deputies, nurses, ’sheriff’ rickie and his munchkins here…[[rickie gets his title and respect back from me when he does the right thing…until then referring to him as rickie is more respect than he has earned relative to my situation…far more…]] Disgusting…and all too real…and all too common per the attitudes & behaviors shown - unequivocally - herein.
