USMarshalJustinPaytonCalls 4 !!THREAT ASSESSMENT!! LOL lol LOL
Apparently, criticizing government officials who refuse to act appropriately relative to their responsibilities to investigate color-of-law violations that naturally occur too close to the “Thick Blue Line”, and assertively requesting, suggesting that government officials allow one to provide evidence…of evidence tampering ‘brings on the dogs’ in a transparent attempt to intimidate, cajole, and potentially entrap via unwitnessed discussion.
The point about the potential entrapment ‘play’ stems directly from this:
1) On Wed afternoon 10/3 I unknowingly rcvd a voicemail from US Marshall Deputy J_P_
2) Wed pm, after seeing & listening to the voicemail, I ‘Googled’ around the US Marshall website to get some sense of why in hell they’d be calling me…?!
3) Thur am I called someone potentially knowledgeable about such things and she recommended I bring a friend as witness.
4) I called a friend who agreed to come with.
5) Then I returned the US Marshall call, discussed “threat assessments”…which he stated he didn’t think was any too significant but that they needed to follow procedure…so we agreed to meet Fri @ 2p.
6) By the time I got back to the friend who was coming with his plans had changed so I told him I’d reschedule.
7) Thur mid-afternoon I left a message for US Marshall Deputy J_P_ telling him that I had intended to being a friend due to not trusting much in the way of government officials these days (pretty obviously justified at this point!) and wanting to have a friend with me as a witness…and that next Tue or Wed at 2p would be fine.
8) Thur afternoon - no return phone call…
9) Friday am - no return phone call…
10) Later Fri am - left voicemail with Deputy J_P_ regarding Thur voicemail and marked it urgent so that it would rise to the top of the pile so to speak…
11) 10/5, Fri 2p - no return phone call like “Hey, where are you…?”
12) Tue pm (now) - no return phone call…
13) Wed pm (now) - still no return call…
14) Apparently having a witness with didn’t fit well into the US Marshall / DoJ / US Attorney / ???whomever else??? wanted a meeting “without any witnesses” to do whatever nefarious things they had intended…just a suspicion… 
15) Weird huh…
16) US Marshall Deputy J_P_____ and/or US Attorney R_P_ and/or County Sheriff and/or CountyAttorney and/or whomever…ball’s in your court!
17) Regarding tomorrow (10/11)…should I shake in my boots…or rake the leaves… 18) On Friday the 12th or 19th I did stop into the U.S. Marshalls’ Office to clear up this nonsense, but Deputy J_P_ wasn’t in to talk to. ‘They’ said that me bringing a witness had nothing to do with no follow-up…maybe so…who can know? Certainly can’t take any of ‘em at their word…so sad… 19) Deputy J_P_ was due back today after his 3 week stint elsewhere…he didn’t call…I was back raking leaves…
